Week sixteen

It has been a lovely week, weatherwise, and I've been outside as much as possible.

Day 106

A bowlful of berries for dessert, with a touch of single cream, yum. (I hasten to add that these are not home-picked)

Day 107

There is a nasturtium plant in a pot on the conservatory windowsill, it's covered in flower.

Day 108

We went for a walk to an area on the other side of the park where we haven't been before - exploring.

Day 109

The Mason's Arms, just round the corner to us, has always been a bit too expensive to patronise. It has recently changed hands, and it doesn't look as if it's going to become our "local" any time soon at these prices. Bearing in mind that Wetherspoons is just a couple of hundred yards away, I'll be surprised if they do much business at all!

Day 110

One of the tulips in the raised bed just outside the back door.

Day 111

I've been potting on the tomato seedlings

Day 112

The fig tree is starting to open its leaves

How was your week?

I couldn't resist strawberries and raspberries this week. They were delicious! Nasturtiums in April! Amazing!
