Wylye Valley Walk

My word, haven't we been so very lucky with this fabulous Autumn weather for the last few weeks? GM and I have certainly been taking advantage of the dry and warm conditions to take a few local walks, we have managed to do six walks in six weeks, our last one was a circular route starting and ending in Wylye village and taking in a walk along the river bank.

Why not come along with us and see what we can see. Warning : photo heavy!

Do you plan these walks yourselves or do you have a book of local walks?

What a lovely walk and I especially like the photos of water, the one with the house reflected is just stunning! I would love to live in a house like that!

Thanks for your comments, ladies, GM and I live in a beautiful part of the country, surrounded by some stunning countryside, we have magnificent hills, fertile valleys, forests (man-made and natural), and more besides. We plan our own routes based on local maps, local knowledge and, most importantly of all, our walks always end at a decent pub!
