Tomorrow we move the table and chairs into the new dining room, and have a celebration meal.

  3. Ohhh it is lovely. I love the wallpaper. I am amused by the differences in our "English" languages. Here in the US a dresser is something with drawers in it that is used in the bedroom to store clothes, usually the smaller pieces. What you are calling a dresser in your blog, we call a hutch or china cabinet - and sometimes a sideboard, but usually those don't have the top cabinet like yours. I like the idea of calling it a dresser, and for fun I might start calling my hutches, dressers.

  5. Wow! What a difference, it looks lovely. Can't wait to see it with the table as well. What is the floor made from? Can you show a close up of it? Love your curtains, they look just right. Sometimes it takes ages to do what starts off as quite a small project that grows and grows, but so worth it in the end.
