Great photos :-D I got that Ashwagandha from Holland and Barrett for my partner but he keeps forgetting to take it! We had planned on going to London to see Sparks in June but they announced they were coming to Scotland so got tickets for the Scottish gig instead in Glasgow. I saw them a few years ago at the Royal Albert Hall and saw them last year in Edinburgh. One of my favourite bands :-D
